The followng shows the many different stages of construction
The container arrives to our workshop. We only use containers from a reputable supplier that are in very good condition to begin with as a solid frame to our buildings.
This is the stage when we cut out all the openings for the doors and windows and remove the container doors if the project requires.
The floor is studded out and 50mm insulation sheets are then installed between the studs and finally 18 mm moisture resistant chipboard flooring laid on top.
All our internal studding is kiln dried timber from sustainable supplies. We only use screws to secure this not the quicker and less strong use of nail guns.
All electrical installation meets current regulations and a certificate is issued with the completed project.
Industry standard 50 mm sheet insulation is installed between all wall & ceiling stud work.
We offer assistance with your own designs or would be happy to design a layout for you.
This is a very important part of the build as the installation of a vapour barrier prevents condensation forming on the internal steel surfaces.
We offer different options on internal finishes whether it is plasterboard & smooth plaster finish, timber tongue & groove or any other finish you prefer.
Choose from any style of door and windows in what ever configuration suits your outlook. Any type from UPVC to Aluminium.
All exterior paintwork is coated with special container paint. whether it is going to be exposed or covered by external cladding.
Any timber used on the outside will be tanalised treated for maximum durability.
We offer many forms of external cladding from top range composite cladding to all forms of timber. The composite cladding used on this project is available at: http://www.info@tradewarehouse.co.uk
