The exterior is covered with hi-grade composite cladding making it virtually maintenance free. 
The windows and doors are anthracite UPVC with argon filled energy saving double glazed units.
Internally all walls are plastered with the exception of the feature end wall, which is walnut veneer acoustic paneling including a 50" smart 4K TV and grey gloss TV unit. 
The ceiling is duel level, featuring LED down lights and colour changeable strip lighting which can be controlled from a smartphone app or the included remote control.

The flooring is top grade walnut effect laminate. 
In addition, the unit is heated and cooled via full air conditioning remotely controlled from your mobile phone or the included remote control. 
There are a total of 5 double electrical outlets in the unit, 2 of which are USB charger sockets. 
All the electrics are upto the latest specifications and a NICEIC certificate will be included.
